Heart Transplant Journey Ken’s Story – Memorial Cardiac & Vascular Institute

Ken’s courageous journey toward becoming a heart transplant recipient began with us last year when he became our first Left-Ventricular Assist Device patient. Through his hard work and our team’s commitment at Memorial Rehabilitation Institute, Ken ultimately qualified to be placed on a heart transplant waiting list.
